Light in the Dark is a platform adventure game with an unusual design. The player must help the hero Qualfy find the way through a dark world full of deadly traps. Qualfy’s world has been plunged into darkness after the villain Nutrow kidnapped the spirit of light. To restore light to the world, Qualfy will have to track down Nutrow and free the captive spirit.
This darkened world is full of dangers. There are various hidden traps, and in the darkness giant insects and other servants of Nutrow are thriving. Some traps are so well hidden they cannot be avoided, but Qualfy will always come back to life. This way, the player can remember where the traps are hidden and avoid them on Qualfy’s next try.
