Pocket Tower is a management game in which the player can build a giant shopping mall and hotel in a skyscraper. The aim is to keep growing the business by adding new floors, new products and services, and hiring new employees. The player can upgrade each department, invest in a nicer lobby, a faster elevator, and hire experts to help with advertising the business. Everyone can play this game as a guest, but by signing up for free, players will gain access to extra game features, bonuses and in-game rewards.
The player can unlock new floors and choose what type of business they want to build there. To staff and stock each department, the player must also hire employees and choose which products to have delivered. When hiring employees, the player can choose from a list of applicants. Each candidate will have a dream job, and while they can work in other departments as well, they will perform best when stationed in their favorite department. Throughout the game, customers will arrive in the lobby. The player can activate the elevator to send them to the correct floors.
